Card Payments
All credit / debit card transactions will incur a 5% processing fee (included in fare amount).
If you cannot find your destination listed below, would like to book a journey for within the next 24 hours, or would like to pay by AMEX, please phone our bookings team directly on +44 (0)1223 29 29 49 and our friendly staff will be able to quote you, and send you a fare payment request to your email address. AMEX transactions incur a 10% processing fee.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 08.00 - 22.00, Sat 09.00 - 22.00 and Sun CLOSED. We have an emergency number available for all clients outside these hours.

Our email facilities are checked regularly within office hours (Mon-Fri 08.00-22.00. Sat 09.00-21.00 Sun CLOSED). If you are contacting us via email outside of these hours, please expect a delay in answer.
Please note all our journey prices are inclusive of road tolls, parking fees, congestion charges, and the first 25 minutes of waiting time once the driver arrives at the terminal( 1/2 hour after flight has landed, or ship has docked), when picking up from air or sea ports.
After the initial 25 minutes, we will charge waiting time at a rate of £15GBP per hour.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, but we will accept Euros and US Dollars as payment (please ask for our exchange rate when booking).
If you do not have an account with us then we will accept cash, which may be paid to the driver. Or for pre-booked journeys we will also accept payments by credit/debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo) via Google Checkout, and American Express via PayPal, or in the car via JourneyPay©
PLEASE NOTE: All Credit / Debit card transactions, will incur a 5% processing fee. This is include in the total journey cost when using Google. PayPal or JournePay© are used for AMEX transactions, these incur a 10% processing fee.
